I am a Gas Safe Registered Engineer who speaks three languages fluently, with over ten years of experience as a Letting Agent & Property Manager business owner.
I have spent my entire professional life focusing on delivering results for my clients and customers, constantly obsessing about improving methods of communication and critical objective attention to detail.
My unique ability to understand that clients and customers make professional and business decisions based on emotions has enabled me to establish genuine, transparent, honest, and, most importantly – long-lasting business relationships.
Customers and clients trust me, and I deeply value their trust.
Now, that is the bells and whistles out the way…
I recently wondered about my prospects as a professional and as a business owner; I also felt that I need it a real challenge in my life; after a few cushy years, this was the light bulb moment!
For the longest time, I had wanted to train as a Gas Engineer. After running a successful Letting Agency & Property Management business for so long, I’ve must have dealt with hundreds of Gas Engineers over the years. I felt that this was a rewarding trade to be a part of – most notably a skill that I could acquire and develop over time.
After all, working in the property industry has gifted me with valuable gas boiler and gas appliance safety/building regulations knowledge and operating methods, not to mention residential building structure awareness and restrictions.
Going to college was probably the most demanding and most challenging thing I have done in my life so far. Trust me when I say this, training to become a Gas Safe Engineer is not easy at all.
Juggling a hectic and demanding Letting Agency, beautiful twin baby daughters, a relationship, and learning such a ‘’life and property safety.’’ focused trade has been emotionally and physically challenging – But I am here, I am alive; I have made it.
Now, I cannot wait to start booking you in for your first service with #TrustThisGasMan – I take black coffee, no sugars, please!
