– We will remove the front cover of the boiler.

– We will check and ensure all rubber seals, including the boiler case, are in good order and not kinked or damaged.

– We will complete a pressure test on the expansion vessel to ensure that it operates safely and efficiently.
– We will check that the flue is structurally safe.

– Upon completing the Boiler Gas Safety Service, our Engineer [s] will transfer all data obtained to your Boiler Manufacturer – Benchmark book, which will allow you to enjoy your Manufacturer Warranty.

A Gas Boiler Benchmark records the readings and data obtained when the appliance was initially fitted following each annual Gas Boiler Safety Service.
What if a part needs replacing?
