I am a Gas Safe Registered Engineer who speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese fluently, so chances are that I will be able to communicate with you or your tenants effectively.

I have spent my entire professional life focusing on delivering results for my clients and customers, constantly obsessing about improving methods of communication and critical objective attention to detail.

My unique ability to understand that clients and customers make professional and business decisions based on emotions has enabled me to establish genuine, transparent, honest, and, most importantly – long-lasting business relationships.

Working in the property industry as a Property Manager for over fifteen years has gifted me with valuable knowledge of gas boiler and gas appliance safety/building regulations and operating methods, including residential building structure awareness and restrictions. This was instrumental in my decision to transition to the Gas and Heating Industry.
