£90.00 for one gas boiler, one gas cooker and one gas fire *parts are not included in this service and will be charged in addition to the service cost*
*We will ensure to contact your tenant[s] and liaise directly with them to provide access to the property. All we require is their contact information, and you can have the peace of mind that the job will get done.

*If parts are required, we will obtain your authorisation to proceed before ordering.
*If a part is required to complete the service to deem the gas appliance safe and you choose not to proceed with the repair, Gas Safe Engineers are responsible for ensuring life and property are safe. Therefore, at this stage, we will cap off or safely isolate the gas appliance in question to guarantee the safety of your tenants and property. We will charge a one-off diagnosis and call-out fee of £65.00.
*All same-day cancellation of appointments, property access refusals or communication breakdowns from your part or your rental property tenant[s], resulting in our Engineer not completing the service on the scheduled time and day, will be charged as a one-off call-out fee of £65.00.
