Annual Gas Safety Certificate
– Gas Safety Certificate £65.00.
– We will perform a check on one gas fire for an additional £25.00 = £90.00.

– We will travel up to 15 miles from our NG6 registered address – £10.00 will be charged per additional 10-mile radius after that.
– This service will include one gas cooker or hob consisting of a grill, oven, and up to four gas burners – £10.00 will be charged on gas range cookers or hobs comprised of more than one grill, oven with five gas burners or more.
– Included in this service, we will perform a gas cooker or hob injector/jet clean, allowing your appliance to function as intended by the manufacturer. Although having a gas cooker or hob injector/jet clean is undoubtedly beneficial, instructing a full service is always recommended.

– The price indicated allows for a standard Gas Safety Certificate and covers the labour and areas involved in this service only. Any unforeseen problems arising during the visit and subsequently after the service is completed outside the work and areas affected in this service will not be the Engineer’s responsibility either that of Trust This Gas Man Ltd.
– Payment is due immediately upon completion of each job. For your convenience, you can pay by cash, bacs-online banking payment. We accept all major debit and credit card payments.
– LETTING AGENTS – Payment is due no later than 28 days upon completion of each job. For your convenience, you can pay by cash, bacs-online banking payment. We accept all major debit and credit card payments.

Gas Boiler & Gas Appliance Safety Service
– Gas Boiler & Gas Appliance Safety Service £70.00.
– No – Replacement parts included.
– No – Landlord Gas Safety Certificate included.
– For an additional £30.00, we can complete and provide you with a valid Gas Safety Certificate = £100.00.
– This service will include one Gas Boiler or Gas Appliance – £20.00 charged per additional Gas Appliance.
– We will travel up to 15 miles from our NG6 registered address – £10.00 will be charged per additional 10-mile radius after that.
